Hold Gov. Cuomo Accountable to Working Families

The commitments that Governor Cuomo made to New York’s working families and Latino communities have a real impact to my family and community. I pledge to stand with the Make the Road Action Fund and hold Governor Cuomo accountable from now until he makes his promises real!

I will organize my community to secure a progressive majority in the New York State Senate and to ensure Governor Cuomo stands by his promises and signs these bills into law in his next term:

• The New York Dream Act;
• The Women’s Equality Act;
• Decriminalizing small amounts of Marijuana;
• Fair elections and public financing;
• Increasing statewide minimum wage to $10.10, with future indexing, and granting localities the authority to set a higher minimum wage based on local cost of living; and
• Increasing funding for high-need schools and funding community schools throughout the state.
